These terms govern use of the IHS Software Hub website, account dashboard and future Windows downloads.

The website provides product information, advertising, account access, a dashboard, templates demonstration and support information. It is not an online video editor. The Windows EXE and installer are not currently offered for download.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in account and for activity performed through it. Do not attempt to access another user's account, bypass security or interfere with the website.
Any future EXE or installer should be downloaded only from the official IHS Software Hub website. Preview, test or unfinished builds may contain errors and must not be treated as a final release. System requirements and available features may change before launch.
You remain responsible for videos, pictures, audio, fonts and other material you edit. You must have the rights or permission needed to use and publish that content. IHS Software Hub does not grant rights to third-party material.
Paid plans, AI credits, prices, refunds and payment methods are not active yet. Their final terms will be published before any payment is accepted. Nothing currently displayed should be treated as a completed paid offer.
The website may be updated, interrupted or changed during development. To the extent permitted by law, IHS Software Hub is not responsible for indirect loss arising from preview information, unsupported test builds or misuse of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
These terms may be updated as the product launches. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Official contact details will appear on the Contact page after confirmation.
