No final IHS Cut Pro EXE or installer is available from this website yet. This page records the intended licence framework and will be finalized before public software distribution.
Licence grant
When an official release is provided, the user will receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the software according to the plan shown at download or purchase.
Restrictions
- Do not sell, sublicense or falsely present the software as your own product.
- Do not distribute modified or unofficial installers under the IHS name.
- Do not bypass account, licence, credit or security controls.
- Do not use the software to violate law or third-party rights.
User media and projects
You retain responsibility for your videos, audio, pictures, projects and exports. The licence to use IHS software does not grant rights to music, fonts, footage or other third-party material.
Updates and termination
Features and system requirements may change through updates. A licence may be suspended for fraud, security abuse, unlawful distribution or material violation of the final terms, subject to applicable law.
Final agreement at release
The installer will show or link to the final End User Licence Agreement before installation. The final release agreement will identify the exact product edition, supported devices, licence duration and update terms.
